The second round of the NCAA Tournament will take place at Amway Center at 2:40 p.m. ET on March 18 between the No. 20 Tennessee Volunteers and the No. 12 Duke Blue Devils.

In their matchup on Thursday, the Blue Devils were successful once more in the postseason. They prevailed in their matchup with the Oral Roberts Golden Eagles by a final score of 74-51. Jeremy Roach, Duke’s guard, was one of the team’s most active players, scoring 23 points.
In the meantime, Thursday’s matchup between Tennessee and the Louisiana Ragin Cajuns was close, but Tennessee prevailed 58-55.
With an anticipated victory margin of 3.5 points, Duke is the clear favorite in this one. Bettors should keep in mind that they are currently five-for-five against the spread in their most recent games.
While watching, keep these two defensive statistics in mind: Duke ranks 27th in college basketball for holding opponents to a field goal percentage of 40.60 percent. Tennessee, however, is even better: They rank second in college basketball for limiting their opponents’ field goal percentage to 37%. We’ll see if that advantage helps the Volunteers win.
